Our transportable houses are designed and constructed in our Darwin workshop by our skilled team, allowing us to maintain strict quality control, achieve fast turnaround times, and ensure meticulous attention to detail. All of our demountables are created in our Manufacturing Workshop here at East Arm by experienced builders. Our portable homes are built in Modules that sit together and can just as easily be detach for the purpose of relocating/moving. We utilise a steel chassis, CFC floor, BONDOR EPS FR wall panel, Steel roof frame and a Colourbond roof. All our steel fabricated parts are made here locally in Darwin.
For our residential client, one size does not fit all. We custom build all building to suit your requirements. With over 20 years of building in the NT, we have a wide range of completed projects to use as a starting point for your design. You can sit down with our in-house drafting team to customise your demountable exactly as you want. Need to move a window or add a few extra power points? No problem at all - we’ll make it happen.

DSH Sales are Licenced Builders. 383711CR. You have the flexibility to install the unit yourself, or let us take care of everything from start to finish, From Building Permit to Occupancy Permit.
